We fulfil all INTERNATIONAL orders Monday to Friday except Victorian Public holidays. Orders placed before 8:00 am AEDT will be dispatched on the same day - Not including personalised toys which require up to 7 business days to dispatch. Given the exceptional time frame our team ship your order, once your order has been shipped, it is transit and/or you have received your tracking number, NO CHANGES CAN BE MADE to your order. Once you click PROCESS PAYMENT, you are agreeing to the terms set below.

We use Australia Post for International Shipping and we offer AusPost Standard, AusPost Express as well as DHL Express shipping options to most locations.

As magical as our pals are, our team are human. All shipping time frames are out of our control once your order is in transit. Unfortunalty, this is one of the many industries effected currently by a depleted work force.

Riff Raff Baby Pty Ltd is NOT financially accountable for shipping delays incurred due to changes handed down from government policy on workplaces to follow social distancing and restrictions on workplaces. Due to Covid-19 restrictions on Australia Post and WORLDWIDE distribution centres and Customs in the country of destination, delays can and do occur intermittently on ALL of dispatch services. THIS INCLUDES EXPRESS SHIPPING.

If your order is AUD$85.00/ USD$65 and over, it qualifies for FREE STANDARD SHIPPING. You will be given the option at check out to upgrade to DHL EXPRESS at a fee of $15.00 depending on your location.

From July 2021, shipping to EU countries are on hold. Unfortunately due to changes occurring in August 2021 impacting tax charges and collection for international businesses, we have ceased shipping to the EU. We will commence shipping again in the future but for now we have to wait on approvals.

INTERNATIONAL TAX AND DUTIES

When ordering from Riff Raff Baby Pty Ltd, you're responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

All orders shipped outside of Australia may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Riff Raff Baby IS NOT LIABLE for this charge.

We now capture VAT on all orders to the United Kingdom. The recipient will not pay Import Tax to receive their order. 

For ALL other countries, WE DO NOT AND CANNOT COLLECT TAXES ON YOUR BEHALF FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. Riff Raff Baby Pty Ltd is not liable for any additional taxes or expenses incurred. You have not paid any tax in your purchase with us. FREE shipping does not cover any taxes or duties.  

Some countries require taxes and fees to be paid before releasing your parcel. After clearing customs, there is an allotted time for you to pick up your parcel. The exact timing is dependent on your local customs or post office. If it is not picked up within that time, it may be sent back to us.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond the delivery estimates.
