Don't worry! Your plush is covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.

The only exclusions to this are:

  • Wear and tear issues (see below) 
  • Plush purchased through one of our NQR sales

What are wear and tear issue? 

These toys get eaten, sucked on, thrown around, used as teethers, bath toys and much more!   They are durable... but everything has its limits. 

Things that do not affect the performance of the toy at all and are considered normal wear and tear include threads, paw threads, blanket drop, velcro after 3 months, personalisation and general fabric wearing. 

If you would like to submit a warranty request, send an email to our Customer Service team with the following details:

  1. Your name
  2. Order number
  3. Clear photos of the problem with your toy.
