The 2 components of your Sleep Toy are assessed separately for Warranty Purposes. For example, if your Sound Box is deemed faulty via a successful claim, you will be issued a Sound Box only Replacement not a Full Sleep Toy. If your Plush Toy is deemed faulty via a successful claim, you will be issued a Plush Toy only Replacement, not a Full Sleep Toy.

Your plush is covered by a 12-month warranty for Faults that effect the use of your toy from the date of purchase.

The only exclusions to this are:

  • Wear and tear issues (see below) 

What are wear and tear issue? 

These toys get eaten, sucked on, thrown around, used as a teether, bath toys and much more!  They are durable but everything has its limits. 

Things that do not affect the performance of the toy at all and are considered normal wear and tear include threads, paw threads, blanket drop, velcro after 3 months, personalisation and general fabric wearing are not considered faults.

Then proceed to submit your Warranty Claim here. You will need to have ready your clear images to attach to the form.
