Return Policy-

Returns for Change of Mind

Riff Raff Sleep Toys offer FREE change of mind returns and exchanges on Toys and books within 30 days of purchase within Australia.

Riff Raff Sleep Toys offer FREE change of mind returns and exchanges on Toys and books within 60 days of purchase outside Australia. Shipping is paid at the customers expense.

The following applies.

  • Items must be in perfect as new quality (unused)
  • Original packaging MUST be intact and included in your return.
  • All personalised toys are exempt from this policy as per our Personalisation T&Cs.
  • Sticker Sets are exempt from this policy.
  • Tote Bags are exempt from this policy.
  • Toys used in any way are excluded from this policy. 
    All goods purchased in NQR sales are exempt from this policy.
  • Refunds will only be actioned to the accounts from which the goods were purchased.

Exchange Policy-

If you did not purchase the item, you are entitled to a FREE exchange ONLY within 30 days.

Please be aware that exchange or refunds will only be processed when the goods being returned have been received and confirmed as as-new quality.

Refunds will only be actioned to the accounts from which the goods were purchased.

Toys used in any way are excluded from the policy. 

Gifts exchanging for other characters will require proof of purchase from the giftee including the specific order number and name of person.

Faulty Products-

Both our Toy and Sound Box are covered by a 12 month Warranty from Date of Purchase.

Faulty or not of saleable quality meaning that it is not of the quality that you reasonably expected when you purchased or matching the description in the shop.

Unfit for its purpose meaning that the product doesn’t do what you reasonably expected it would or how when the product was described to you prior to purchase. This does not include changes in your little ones sleep. We are confident we provide the support and care to guide you through the introduction steps.


Please note that products that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty, not of saleable quality or unfit for its purpose.

 What is wear and tear?

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours, cosmetic features and fabric of our products that appear on our website. However, the actual colours, cosmetic features and fabric may vary from batch to batch to this given the nature of plush toys.

Due to the nature of how our toys are constructed and the fact they are plush internally, every single one and every single batch has some slight variance to their face and is never exactly as the next or as the image on the store.

Colour variation-

If the colour on delivery varies to the colour but conforms to the description displayed on our website, the product will not be considered to be faulty, not of saleable quality or unfit for its purpose.



If the colour on delivery varies to the colour of a toy already in your home, regardless of the time frame you have owned this toy, the product will not be considered to be faulty, not of saleable quality or unfit for its purpose.

 You are entitled of course to a FREE return for Refund within 30 days.

Cosmetic Feature Variation-

If the cosmetic features on delivery varies to the features shown on our shop but conforms to the description displayed on our website, the product will not be considered to be faulty, not of saleable quality or unfit for its purpose.



If the cosmetic features on delivery varies to a toy already in your home, regardless of the time frame you have owned this toy, the product will not be considered to be faulty, not of saleable quality or unfit for its purpose.

 You are entitled of course to a FREE return for Refund within 30 days.

Plush Fabric Variation-

If the fabric on delivery varies to the colour you saw on our shop but the colour conforms to the description displayed on our website, the product will not be considered to be faulty, not of salable quality or unfit for its purpose.



If the fabric on delivery varies to a toy already in your home regardless of the time frame you have owned this toy, the product will not be considered to be faulty, not of saleable quality or unfit for its purpose.

 You are entitled of course to a FREE return for Refund within 30 days.

If you are returning a product for any of the reasons set out above, please provide us with the following details:

1. Describe the issue with the product.

2. Provide us with proof of purchase which is your order number.

3. Return the product to us in New Perfect Unused condition including original packaging.

We will then create a return for you which includes a shipping label. Once your order has been received at our HQ and Deemed as New and unused, you will be refunded. Please note, this does not apply to shipping charges.
